NIE (Foreigner Identification Number)
Is required for virtually every financial transaction, operation in Spain and for any legal transactions and larger purchases. This number is issued by the Spanish police office and we will help you obtain it if necessary.
BANK ACCOUNTS
We will open a suitable bank account in your name with internet access for you. Payments can be facilitated by us from this account as required for services here in Spain. Of course, it goes without saying that you will be able to check and control this account yourself as well at any time.
UTILITIES
ELECTRICITY - TELEPHONE - WATER - GAS - COMMUNITY
We will ensure that these services are connected to you property, and, that the bills are changed into your name and address. We will also arrange for you to have internet access to view your accounts (where available) and we will ensure your payments are made in a timely fashion and the bills are handled and filed. We can also carry out meter reading checks if and when required.
POSTAL SERVICES
Your mail can be sent to our postal address. So, no more lost or unpaid bills when you are not here. We will forward your mail on a regular basis, or hold it at our offices for your return.
TAXES – SUMA
As the owner of a property in Spain the Spanish tax system requires you to pay the following taxes. These tax returns will be prepared and submitted for payment from your bank account. IBI – Property tax
Impuesto Vehiculos – Municipal Car Tax
Basura – Municipal Garbage Tax

A KEY SERVICE
We can hold keys to your property, and with your authorisation, issue them as required.
TELEPHONE & EMAIL SERVICE
Phone calls can be received and made on your behalf.
PROPERTY CHECK
Your property is checked in and outside 6 times per year.
REGULAR SERVICES ORGANIZATION
We can arrange regular services for you including cleaning of your house, gardening services and a pool service.
CLEANING – Your house can be kept immaculate by professional cleaners. We will organise this at your request. Cleaning is normally paid for by the hour and we check that this is to your entire satisfaction.
GARDENING – Whether it is simply watering the lawn, or more complex landscaping, we can help keep your garden as beautiful as your house. We will arrange for a skilled gardener to attend and carry out a pre-agreed level of care and maintenance.
POOLSERVICE – All routine cleaning and maintenance of your pool will be taken care of by our professional pool cleaners, at a convenient time for yourself. Per hour or contracted.
We charge a reasonable hourly rate for accompanying any workers or services if required..

A WELCOME HOME SERVICE
A Welcome Home Service is provided up to 3 times per year. You can pre-select any items of basic groceries or household goods that you would like to have on your arrival at your home from our list and we will ensure these are supplied and placed in your home prior to your arrival.
Additionally, we can take care of other preparations for your arrival such as turning on your heating or A/C.
PROPERTY CHECK
Your property is checked in and outside every month. We will check things like all windows and doors are closed, rain damage, lights, alarm system functional, pool and garden are properly maintained, tabs are all closed Also a quantity check is performed for GAS in your tank and you can set a minimum amount to order a refill. When this amount is reached we will automatically order a refill of gas.
COMMUNITY
We obtain the yearly minutes of the association meetings and we can attend the annual meeting (optional). If you wish, we are able to vote on your behalf at these meetings (subject to association rules).
